Do you offer wholesale prices and discounts for bulk buying?
Yes, we most certainly do!
We have several retail-focused SKUs that we sell to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors at very competitive prices. How often do you get new products?
We release new products quite often. Stay updated about our new arrivals on our Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
We also have a new range of products coming in for every festival and season!
Are kidsy winsy products safe for my kids?
Kidsy Winsy products are made for children and their safety is our topmost priority! All our products meet international safety standards and testing norms. Our products are also completely recycled and eco-friendly!
Can I return a product if I’m unhappy with it?
You can return the product only if there is a damage or defect.
However, we assure you that each parcel is bubbled wrapped carefully with loads of love. For more information, check our Terms & Conditions
I’m unsure about how to use some of your products. Help!
While we have a huge range of easy-to-understand art and craft supplies and DIY crafts, certain products are meant for advanced-level crafting and for experts. But don’t fret if you don’t understand a product. We have clear instructions on how to use a product on the label/ packaging, in case it is required. We have DIY tutorials for most of our products on our website,Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
But don’t worry too much. There are no rules in creativity.
The box that I received seems to be missing a few components. What should I do?
Please contact us so that we can send you the missing components as soon as possible.
How Can I Cancel my Order?
In general, you can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order.
How long does it take to ship and deliver the order?
We endeavor to ship ordered products typically within 2-3 working days of order placement and confirmation. Upon successful shipment of an order, we will send you the details of the consignment to allow you to check the status of your order. The typical delivery date shall be within 5 working days from shipping but can be longer in some cases (Please see shipping and returns policy for details)
