Welcome to Kidsy Winsy
We make learning fun through crafts! A brand with a mission and a cause which is born from 27 years of exports experience, we bring sustainable, thoughtfully crafted, Made in India products that are geared to empower toddlers from a young age. We use recycled, eco-friendly premium papers and materials in all our products. Our goal is to make children aged 2-16 years old confident and smart, all while having fun! Unlimited Creativity at Best Prices, along with wide and unique variety.
Our Mission
1. To help educate and develop every child’s hands and mind in the formative years in a fun, unique and creative way while making it affordable and accessible for every child.
2. To make it possible for every family to celebrate their special moments and share the happiness of their favorite memories with their loved ones by decorating their homes and gifting in their own unique, personalized and timeless way!
Meet The Team
The core pillars which the parent company has embodied ever since it was started 27 years ago for empowering women workers and skill development. This carries forward in KIDSY WINSY.
Our team has more women, and we can proudly say that they do better work than men in areas like binding which have been totally male dominated in our industry. A large part of our workforce hasn't been to school or completed their education, but with their skills and craftsmanship they have been a strong part of our growth story over the years, their capabilities are second to none and their work is appreciated by the best buyers around the world.
Many of the kaarigars have been with us for 15-20 years and have grown from a basic level to a very respectable and important position in the company.
The People Behind It
Savina Sharan
With a formal qualification in textile-designing, Savina built a company designing specialty paper products used in Christmas, Packaging, Stationery, Crafting etc., and evolved into exporting paper and fabric merchandise to some of the best names in the world. She has received the woman entrepreneur award from EPCH, a government body, for many years in running as well as the ECGC/D&B Woman entrepreneur award and the Priyadarshini Woman Entrepreneur Award from FIWE.
She has learnt from the best and grown through some of the best known design oriented retailers like Paper Chase, Calvin Klein, Urban Outfitters, Barnes and Noble regularly buying her designs and products for over two decades.
Kidsy Winsy is her latest creation and comes from a place of passion to Make In India & empower local craftswomen.
Ravi Sharan
Equipped with BCom (H) from SRCC and MBA from FMS, Ravi Sharan served in the corporate sector for one decade working with distinguished names like Garwares, Eureka Forbes, FFC and Xerox in various mid and senior capacities handling Projects, Marketing and Business Development .
He ventured out on his entrepreneurial journey in the early Nineties in consumer durables and large value Corporate Gifting. He soon moved to exporting value added embellished paper products and established a thriving export business.He grew the business from strength to strength soon catering to large retail chains and very prestigious import companies in Europe and U.S.
He is today a vertically integrated manufacturer and convertor of value-added , embellished papers and products for DIY, gifting, packaging etc. Ravi is a patron and mentor to Kidsy Winsy, whose guidance gives strength to the new venture.
Saransh Sharan
Having done his BBA in financial consulting from SMU, Dallas, Saransh got a broad experience in distribution, warehousing and B2B sales working with retailers and wholesalers in the US and Europe and with one of the biggest sourcing agencies in India.
He has been involved in the exports wing of the parent company Art Papyrus for the last 9 years, having an overall senior management responsibility making the business and systems more streamlined and professional, building up a large business in gift packaging and decorations categories with some of the largest retailers and importers in the world.
He launched Kidsy Winsy alongside Savina, playing the role of a marketing expert and strategist, his goal is to take the company’s strengths direct to consumer as well as schools.
We believe that childhood is a celebration, and the colorful prints and cute characters we design are inspired by the joy and love children bring into our lives. We celebrate childhood by supporting babies, children, and families with thoughtful designs, quality materials and construction, and convenient shopping options.
